About This Role

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in golf club manufacturing as a Supplier Quality Engineer, providing technical support across the supply chain and driving process capability enhancements. This role focuses on reducing defects, implementing inspection plans, and developing innovative testing methods to ensure the excellence of Titleist equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in golf club manufacturing processes
  • Provide technical support across the supply chain
  • Monitor component quality and drive process capability enhancements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to reduce defects
  • Implement inspection plans and develop innovative testing methods
  • Manage quality KPIs and SCARs
  • Execute PPAP protocols
  • Conduct vendor audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Proficient in quality tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), capability studies, and Gauge R&R
  • Applied knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and computerized quality systems
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to spend extended periods in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Six Sigma principles
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Prior experience in golf club manufacturing
