Supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the therapy program at Corona Rehabilitation Medical Center, including psychosocial assessments, staff supervision, and leading patient process groups.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of all aspects of the therapy program
- Complete psychosocial assessments
- Supervise therapy staff (Behavioral Specialists, LCSW's/MFT's, Activity Therapist)
- Lead patient process groups
Requirements
- Two years supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting over Social Workers
- Psychiatric experience
- Master`s degree in Social Work
- Current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Current BLS (CPR) Certificate
- Assaultive Behavior Management training certificate (required within 90 days from date of hire)
Qualifications
- Master`s degree in Social Work
- Two years supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting over Social Workers
