Oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site activities for a diverse range of projects including healthcare, education, and public works.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings
Requirements
- General construction knowledge of best practices
- 5 years of Commercial Construction Experience or 3 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Documented success in projects ranging from $1million to $5 million dollars
- Proficiency with Procore & Microsoft suite of products
- Strong understanding of construction management principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred for 3 years experience)
- 5 years of Commercial Construction Experience or 3 years with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Bluebeam
- OSHA 30
- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM)
- Experience with management submittals, RFIs, and bidding processes, contracts
