This internship program offers hands-on, real-world experience in vacation rental operations, focusing on daily coordination, quality control, maintenance, and process improvement within a fast-growing company setting.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day vacation rental operations across multiple properties
- Assist with coordinating cleanings, inspections, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure properties are guest-ready before arrivals and properly reset after departures
- Help track operational tasks to ensure timelines and standards are met
- Assist with seasonal preparations (turnovers, readiness checks, and property upkeep)
- Assist with property inspections before and after guest stays
- Identify and report maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or missing items
- Support communication with maintenance teams and vendors
- Assist with scheduling repairs and follow-up tasks
- Assist in documenting operational workflows and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 1.5 semesters in college
- Interest in operations, hospitality, real estate, or business
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management systems, booking software, and/or basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Drive, CRM software)
- Ability to work five days per week in Wildwood Crest office from Mid-May to end of August
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1.5 semesters in college; Prior operations, logistics, or service experience is a plus
