This internship provides a pre-professional learning experience for undergraduate and graduate students interested in finance administration within the Economic Studies program. Interns will apply classroom principles in a professional environment, engage in career exploration, and develop new skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with finance support of Economic Studies
- Perform financial and expense analysis
- Conduct financial trend mapping
- Update monthly program dashboards
- Draft agreements
- Participate in planning meetings with research scholars
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel to perform analysis with large data sets
- Strong team work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student in junior/senior year or graduate student pursuing a masters degree
Nice to Have
- Major in finance, business, math, or related fields
- Strong interest in economics and public policy
