As a Stylist at Free People, you will contribute to driving sales by providing a genuine customer experience. You will act as a brand representative, share product knowledge, and ensure visual and operational standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand representative reflective of company values and drive the store experience
- Initiate conversation, share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers
- Utilize technology to stay informed on in-store and online events and offers
- Contribute to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive and helpful
- Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in meetings
- Learn and share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities
- Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards focusing on the customer
- Support the shipment process to gain awareness of new and reshipped products
- Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Love for the FP brand
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
