Drive studio sales and memberships, lead generation, and staff management for a wellness and fitness studio.
Responsibilities
- Drive studio sales and membership growth
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking
- Actively engage in outreach via phone calls, texts, and emails for prospecting
- Directly coordinate with vendors to ensure retail products are stocked with accurate inventory
- Train and supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
- Utilize ClubReady (CRM) for time clock reports, payroll reports, and other data management
- Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
- Collect outstanding dues from members
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking events, community events, and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or membership sales experience
- Confident in generating sales and training staff to sell
- Ability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, telephone, email)
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and implement changes
- Affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and clients
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience or membership sales preferred
