TID is seeking a student intern to perform a variety of communications and public relations tasks, including graphic design, content creation, social media tracking, and event coordination, to support District programs and external engagement.
Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and produce photography and video content
- Design and update various print and digital materials, including fact sheets, reports, and newsletters
- Create graphics and messaging for internal and external customers for the Messaging Monitor program
- Track social media analytics on TID digital marketing efforts
- Coordinate community events, including preparation, coordination, and staffing of TID booths
- Provide event support for various Communications and District programs
- Contribute to internal Communications efforts including the HR Seity program, TID Connected, and IT updates
- Build out brand assets in Canva
- Review, sort, and archive photos and videos
Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required
Nice to Have
- Functional knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Functional knowledge in Adobe InDesign
- Functional knowledge in Adobe Illustrator
- Functional knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro
- Functional knowledge in Canva
