Student Internship - Communications-Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design

About This Role

TID is seeking a student intern to perform a variety of communications and public relations tasks, including graphic design, content creation, social media tracking, and event coordination, to support District programs and external engagement.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce photography and video content
• Design and update various print and digital materials, including fact sheets, reports, and newsletters
• Create graphics and messaging for internal and external customers for the Messaging Monitor program
• Track social media analytics on TID digital marketing efforts
• Coordinate community events, including preparation, coordination, and staffing of TID booths
• Provide event support for various Communications and District programs
• Contribute to internal Communications efforts including the HR Seity program, TID Connected, and IT updates
• Build out brand assets in Canva
• Review, sort, and archive photos and videos

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required

Nice to Have

• Functional knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Functional knowledge in Adobe InDesign
• Functional knowledge in Adobe Illustrator
• Functional knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro
• Functional knowledge in Canva
