About This Role

This role involves leading strategic and operational initiatives for healthcare clients, leveraging data analytics and process improvement to enhance patient care. The managing consultant will build client relationships, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead initiative teams in driving improvements for clients through data analytics and operational process improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
• Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and assess the success of healthcare strategies and operations
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to business growth efforts

Requirements

• Experienced consultant leader focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for healthcare clients
• Designer and lead executor of data analytics, conceiving new data analysis methods, coaching colleagues on method and execution, drawing insights from complex datasets and creating strategic narratives for senior management teams
• Prioritize client relationships to help effectively guide hospitals towards effective outcomes
• Authorized to work in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
