Strategy & Operations Associate

About This Role

This role will define and operationalize critical functions within Cosign's Strategy & Operations team, working directly with the COO and CEO. The associate will lead execution on key initiatives and help build the operating foundation for scaling enterprise partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for Cosign’s strategic partners from kickoff through launch and post-launch performance.
• Act as the central owner for high-priority initiatives and partner programs, ensuring timelines, goals, and KPIs are met.
• Lead complex, ambiguous special projects, including navigating internal workflows, solving operational bottlenecks, and scoping new go-to-market motions.
• Help build internal infrastructure for scale, including launch playbooks, reporting frameworks, and operating cadences.
• Structure problems, analyze tradeoffs, and synthesize insights into executive-ready narratives for decision-making.
• Own cross-functional execution across Sales, Ops, Product, Engineering, and Leadership for alignment and velocity.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy, operations, or enterprise roles at high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or proptech companies
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex workstreams with limited oversight
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external teams
• Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with data and ambiguity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and little process

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy, operations, or enterprise roles at high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or proptech companies

Nice to Have

• Experience with property management and/or real estate
• Actively following and learning from builders on Twitter (new tech, GTM, operational strategies)
