This role drives the execution and adoption of Remote's HR Management product suite and leads special scaling projects, acting as the dedicated execution engine for the business unit. You will directly support Sales to commercialize HR products and achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end GTM execution plan for the HR suite of products, designing tactics for landing and expanding within this domain
- Engineer GTM Efficiency by proactively identifying hotspots and friction in sales and marketing funnels
- Design, implement, and iterate on processes to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates
- Serve as the internal and external authority on the HR domain, staying ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable playbooks in close lockstep with Sales Enablement
- Build the "Remote HR Way", equipping sales and success teams with scripts, objection handling, and value-prop frameworks
- Lead high-priority special projects initiated by the General Manager to drive business transformation and scaling
Requirements
- Background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff
- Proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes specifically within the SaaS industry
- Prioritization of building automated, scalable workflows over manual fixes
- Fully autonomous in data work, capable of writing SQL, building custom dashboards, and conducting deep cohort analyses
- Lead with a "spreadsheet-first" mentality, using advanced modeling and technical data skills to drive strategic decisions
- Ability to pivot from ghostwriting high-level strategy memos for the CEO to troubleshooting granular CRM lead-routing errors
- Conviction to make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments with only 70% of available data
- Operate with a "the buck stops here" mentality and take full ownership of outcomes
