About This Role

This Revenue Development Internship provides hands-on exposure to revenue operations, sales strategy, and performance measurement, assisting the team with strategic projects, pilot initiatives, and data-driven analytics to optimize processes and support scalable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, executing, and documenting revenue-related projects and pilot programs
  • Support testing of new tools, processes, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Help gather feedback, track outcomes, and summarize pilot results and recommendations
  • Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis related to revenue performance and pipeline activity
  • Assist in building reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights
  • Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within sales and revenue data
  • Assist with maintaining data accuracy across CRM and reporting tools
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
  • Partner with Revenue Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong interest in revenue operations, sales strategy, analytics, or business transformation
  • Comfort working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with curiosity for understanding how revenue is generated and scaled
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback
  • Motivated learner eager to gain real-world experience in a global organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field
