About This Role

Drive revenue growth by seeking out and closing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Gather AI's AI solutions to prospective customers. This role works at the forefront of AI technology in the rapidly evolving robotics industry, helping to redefine supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities by communicating the value of Gather AI's inventory monitoring solutions.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand prospect needs and propose solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Help refine sales processes based on field learnings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within supply chain / logistics technology industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software or technology services.
  • Knowledge of enterprise B2B software sales methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience working on a high performing team with a mature sales process.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, how they are measured and organized, and their key challenges.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create proposals.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to demo products (with training) in customer facilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within supply chain/logistics technology industries, selling enterprise software or technology services.
