About This Role

This role is paramount to achieving the Expedition portfolio’s growth targets this year. You will act as the critical link between talent acquisition, business development, and prime/customer partners to strategically staff opportunities, facilitate candidate submissions, and oversee talent mobility within a complex, cleared environment. You will be empowered to move beyond administrative tracking and focus on proactive relationship building to create longer runways for strategic bids.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, on-the-ground relationships with key staffing managers and technical points of contact at Prime contractors and direct customers to gain advance intelligence on emerging staffing needs and strategic opportunities before they are formally posted
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the internal Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Work closely with them to define cleared candidate sourcing strategies and drive the scheduling of candidate interviews to ensure a robust, qualified pipeline
  • Provide recommendations to the Portfolio Lead on which roles are strategic to bid and which internal or external candidates are the strongest fit
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews, update resumes, complete required staffing matrices, confirm rate information provided by the Portfolio Lead, and ensure timely, accurate submission of candidate packages through various partner portals
  • Maintain access to all partner staffing portals, continuously monitor and track all partner openings, and maintain accurate records of all submissions, statuses, and key metrics
  • Enable talent mobility programs, assessing internal teammate qualifications for new assignments and providing support throughout the internal transfer process
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for staffing and mobility initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic staffing initiatives and mobility programs
  • Support the documentation of successful staffing and growth processes to enable scaling of the Expedition portfolio
  • Provide administrative support to back office and delivery functions to support growth and learning and development activities

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and professional relationships with external Prime and customer stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and highly responsive to handle time sensitive workloads in a complex subcontract staffing and cleared environment
  • Basic knowledge of the business development/capture lifecycle, specifically within the Intelligence Community or DoD space
  • Able to work with task management tools and standard office productivity suites (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
