About This Role

Manage a portfolio of F500 accounts to ensure product adoption, drive renewals, and expand opportunities for AutoRABIT's Salesforce DevOps solutions. This role involves proactive problem-solving and collaboration with broader account teams to meet key targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a book of business to drive product adoption and ensure healthy renewals
  • Create Action Plans for at-risk customers to guide them back on track
  • Partner with broader account teams to achieve key targets (NRR, GRR, CSAT)
  • Problem-solve to understand customer needs, map solutions to gaps, and outline value
  • Apply domain/technical knowledge of AutoRABIT and best practices to remove blockers
  • Lead internal and external resources to proactively support customer success
  • Demonstrate customer value through strategic engagements
  • Drive new opportunities within the book of business
  • Guide customers through significant service milestones like upgrades, new releases, and features
  • Partner with customer-facing account teams and executives on customer issues/projects

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a customer success role delivering technology and business outcomes
  • Experience in a customer-facing role involving complex technology with senior stakeholders within the CTO organization
  • Experience managing F500 accounts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Development Ecosystem
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, JIRA, GIT, & Zoho
  • US citizen/permanent resident, capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering technology and business outcomes for any Customer Success Role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a complex product suite
  • Experience working with F500 accounts, specifically Financial Services or Healthcare accounts
  • Familiarity with key engineering benchmarks (Ex - DORA) and their implications for development teams
