The Storekeeper manages inventory, receives supplies, maintains clean storage areas, and handles daily deliveries for the Nutrition Food Services team at Garnet Health Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Keep inventory in accordance with par stock levels
- Receive and maintain a cleanly environment within the storeroom and refrigerated areas
- Complete orders of supplies as scheduled and as needed
- Serve as the front line contact for delivery
- Assess, escalate and resolve any issues at the time of delivery
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Basic mathematic knowledge
- One (1) year experience within the hospitality arena
- Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing controls, storage procedures and delivery protocol
