About This Role

This is an entry-level crew position responsible for cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking within a retail store environment. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe store.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions
• Process fuel transactions
• Perform cleaning duties
• Stock shelves and merchandise
• Prepare food and ensure food service safety (for foodservice positions)
• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Promote rewards loyalty program
• Follow proper health code guidelines
• Perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation (including coffee)
• Excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
