Stock and Logistics Assistant

About This Role

Manage Mexico retail operations, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely warehouse functions. Build internal and external relationships while supporting the Supply Chain 3PL Director with projects and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL Operations for MX production orders, overseeing and prioritizing inbound stock and outbound order processing
• Coordinate with the logistics team to forecast and schedule weekly air and sea freight volumes
• Verify stock receipts, address discrepancies with production and retail planning teams, and investigate inventory variances
• Manage bi-annual stocktakes and conduct spot counts to ensure accurate stock levels and maintain inventory integrity
• Prepare essential import and export documentation and monitor customs clearance processes
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve issues and minimize shipment delays
• Provide handling instructions to destination 3PL partners for pre-packed orders
• Oversee delivery requirements for stores, investigate and resolve non-deliveries, and assist with store logistics
• Assist with invoice tracking and invoicing approvals, working closely with the accounts department
• Support the Supply Chain 3PL Director with ad hoc projects, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working autonomously
• Very strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficient with other Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or related industry preferred
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic
• Proficiency in Spanish (written & Verbal)
