Althought Therapy is seeking a Staff Therapist for their Couples Track to provide therapy specializing in attachment-based work and trauma-informed care. This role involves building a caseload, primarily focusing on couples, within a structured private-pay group practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and ongoing sessions with clients
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage and maintain your own clinical schedule
- Participate in training, consultation, and practice culture activities
- Maintain ethical documentation and communication standards
Requirements
- Experience with couples therapy or strong interest in developing this specialization
- Comfortable working with relational intensity and couples work
- Comfortable working with pregnancy & postpartum, new parents, trauma and childhood trauma
- Licensed or Pre-Licensed Clinician (Psychologist or LPCC only for pre-licensed)
