Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of large, cross-functional programs across enterprise integration platforms
• Define delivery strategy, sequencing, and execution plans across multiple teams and domains
• Act as a senior domain owner, shaping technical direction and platform evolution
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and product leaders to align delivery with business outcomes
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and critical paths
• Lead planning cycles, release coordination, and production readiness
• Translate complex business requirements into executable technical programs
• Provide clear visibility to stakeholders on progress, risks, and trade-offs
• Embed security, compliance, and operational standards into delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Staff-level Technical Program Manager in enterprise environments
• Strong architectural understanding of distributed systems, integrations, and service-based or event-driven platforms
• Experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives with significant dependencies
• Ability to interpret technical designs and make pragmatic delivery decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with agile delivery models and large-scale planning environments
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
