Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to established standards of practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes across a diverse age range.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
- Utilize the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
- Serve patient populations including Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, and Older Adult
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice
- BCLS certification
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Nice to Have
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Handle with Care certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
