Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor project progress
• Resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action
• Create reports and project documentation
• Analyze databases, doing quantitative and qualitative research
• Participate regularly in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
• Update Project Management Workflow and Project document repository
