This role is responsible for the project execution and daily coordination to ensure customer orders are delivered within committed timelines. It involves proactively monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and generating reports.
Responsibilities

- Resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Create reports and project documentation
- Analyze databases, doing quantitative and qualitative research
- Participate regularly in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Update Project Management Workflow and Project document repository
