Sr. Talent Agent (Influencer)

About This Role

Represent and manage the careers of social media influencers within a fast-paced agency, focusing on brand partnerships, new opportunities, and growth strategies. This role requires an in-depth understanding of social media marketing and a deep existing network of influencers.

Responsibilities

• Discover and sign large influencers who are looking for business management
• Represent the business and brands of leading social media personalities
• Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole
• Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space
• Seek out and pursue new opportunities such as TV and Film casting for talent, early adopter's for new apps, and collaboration opportunities for influencers
• Present and assist with execution of growth strategies for influencers

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities
• Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent
• 5+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency)

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience
