Sr Machine Learning Engineer

About This Role

Lead the development and deployment of machine learning and AI models to enhance a modern recruitment platform's matching and recommendation systems, significantly impacting user experience and core business objectives. Establish MLOps best practices and contribute to the platform's AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI-driven models to enhance matching engines, industry classification systems, and core product features.
• Establish ML and MLOps best practices to lay technical groundwork for sustained AI/ML development.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and execute AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize AI and machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring reliable production integration.
• Develop and refine recommendation systems using NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics to improve buyer-seller matchmaking.
• Create clear documentation and visualizations to communicate complex insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using AI/ML to improve software experiences
• Strong production expertise in building, modifying, and scaling machine learning recommendation systems and engines
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift) for powering AI-driven analytics
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using AI/ML and related technologies to materially improve consumer or B2B software experiences.
