Serve as a subject matter expert on human resource policies and processes across the employee life cycle. Provide consultation and functional support to business leaders on people issues and strategies within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on human resource policies, processes, and programs across the employee life cycle
- Support multiple lines of business by providing consultation and functional support to business leaders and management teams on people issues and strategies
- Engage in the development of HR programs, workflows, tools, and resources to enhance the employee experience
- Demonstrate strong consultation skills, peer leadership, and ability to lead by influence
- Apply strong business and financial acumen to drive progressive HR programs aligned with business objectives
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- 10+ years directly related Human Resources experience
- Experience in a business partner capacity supporting business leadership
- Strong project management skills
- Strong technical skills with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership fostering positive employee engagement and trust
- Client focused with strong execution skills and results orientation
- High learning agility
- Consultative and collaborative work style
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field. MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources preferred
- 10+ years' directly related work experience in Human Resources to include working in a business partner capacity providing direct support to business leadership

- Experience with ADP/UKG HRIS platforms
