About This Role

Lead and mentor a team of National Accounts Consultants to deliver exceptional client experiences for large clients (5,000+ lives) within the National Accounts Core product portfolio, focusing on retention, growth, and high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve client management strategy to personalize and improve client experience
  • Serve as a key voice in enterprise initiatives, ensuring client needs are prioritized
  • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering skill development and confidence
  • Set clear expectations and encourage ongoing learning within the team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Product, Operations, and Claims teams for a seamless client experience
  • Connect insights between the field, Home Office, and senior leadership to align with client needs
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, consulting firms, and clients to shape market presence
  • Oversee the creation of stewardship reports and performance metrics
  • Use data to guide strategies and demonstrate delivered value
  • Translate client feedback into meaningful organizational improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in client management
  • Experience leading teams serving complex, national clients
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to shape customer experience or GTM strategy
  • Life & Health insurance license
  • Ability to regularly travel
