About This Role

The Sr Analyst – HRIS manages Workday HCM, providing functional and technical expertise to business users for troubleshooting, enhancements, and ad hoc reporting. This role ensures smooth HR processes through day-to-day administration and support of core Workday functions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer core Workday functions (recruiting, onboarding, HR, learning) ensuring smooth HR processes and data integrity
  • Build custom reports to support business operations and train users on basic reporting
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement minor enhancements in absence, time-off, scheduling, benefits and payroll processes
  • Fulfill requests for system security roles and assignments, performing routine user management for appropriate access
  • Implement and manage new Workday integrations, troubleshooting production integration processes
  • Assist HR in utilizing Workday optimally and provide training on new features and enhancements
  • Identify system configuration issues and recommend improvements for functionality
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned functional areas and support best practices
  • Manage and support Workday upgrades through review, adoption of new features, and regression testing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR
  • 2+ years using Workday
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday recruiting, onboarding, HR and learning modules
  • Highly skilled in configuring Workday business processes, calculated fields, and condition rules
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with developing custom reports using Workday reporting tools
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relative field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR, with at least 2 years using Workday

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge in benefits, absence, time tracking and payroll modules
  • Prior system administration and support of a global HRIS
  • Familiarity with GDPR
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Working knowledge of XML, XSLT
