About This Role

Manage content acquisition and development for enterprise training programs, focusing on online courses and live classes. The role involves recruiting experts, evaluating proposals, and overseeing the content lifecycle from negotiation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit thought leaders and instructors for content delivery, focusing on technical subjects and emerging trends
• Research leading market trends in technology for AI and other relevant fields to identify new content areas
• Evaluate course proposals, video scripts, and training outlines aligned with market needs and organizational standards
• Lead the full lifecycle of content development from acquisition and contract negotiation to guiding trainers through course creation, video production, and live event planning
• Create and manage budgets, project managing multiple concurrent course and training projects to maintain schedules, quality, and budget
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing promotion of new educational offerings
• Coordinate with vendors to manage project lifecycles, create content, and deliver files
• Attend industry conferences and virtual events to scout talent and stay ahead of content trends
• Mentor junior editorial staff as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, technical publishing, educational content acquisition, or a related area
• Demonstrated success in signing and developing trainers and/or authors
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-format content projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, technical publishing, educational content acquisition, or a related area
