• Maintain accurate records of student performance and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting
• Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and adaptive teaching methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to student success
