This role involves developing and implementing personalized learning approaches for students with special needs, fostering their growth and academic success. You will create an engaging classroom environment and utilize direct instruction techniques to guide primary school students.

Responsibilities

• Create a classroom environment that cultivates learning and engages student interests
• Utilize direct instruction techniques to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth
• Explore individual student needs and provide side-by-side support for learning styles
• Develop personalized solutions to each student's learning style and abilities
• Implement the philosophy of education and guide students toward curriculum goals
• Evaluate student learning capabilities and celebrate accomplishments
• Encourage students to uphold values and model mature behavior and good character

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or more advanced degree
• Current K-12 Special Education Mild/Moderate OR Special Education Moderate/Severe teaching certificate within the state the position is located
