Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to deliver top-tier guest experiences
- Create and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Achieve monthly performance goals and drive individual membership sales
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members
- Manage flexible scheduling, including one weekend shift
- Respond to in-center needs as they arise
Requirements
- 1+ year of management experience
- Confident, encouraging, and detail-oriented leadership style
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work one weekend shift and flexible weekday hours
- Positive, proactive mindset
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- 1+ year in management (3-5 years preferred for top earnings)
