This role involves checking in guests at the Life in Balance Spa, scheduling and managing appointments, and maintaining the spa facility at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa. The Spa Concierge acts as a liaison between guests, spa management, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Check in guests at the Life in Balance Spa
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Maintain the spa facility including locker rooms, quiet lounge, and pool deck
- Act as a liaison between guests, spa management, and other departments of the resort
Requirements
- Understanding of basic principles of managing PMS system (ResortSuite)
- Capability of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software programs/applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor and appearance
