The Sourcing & Research Specialist will proactively identify and engage top talent for Growth, Marketing, and Product roles within hyper-growth startups. This role involves deep market research, pipeline development, and fostering relationships to support talent acquisition for clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and build robust candidate pipelines for key Growth, Marketing, and Product roles
- Conduct in-depth research on startup trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Identify and engage with high-potential candidates and strategic partners using platforms like LinkedIn and Wellfound
- Craft compelling outreach to candidates, founders, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics, market data, and performance
Requirements
- Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem
- 1-3 years of experience in research, sourcing, market analysis, or related fields
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Positive mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in research, sourcing, market analysis, or related fields, preferably in a startup environment
