Support the Strategic Sourcing and Logistics teams, gaining hands-on experience in supplier management, procurement analytics, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency improvements. Assist in analyzing supply chain data, supplier negotiations, and process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assists in supplier sourcing, selection, and relationship management efforts
- Supports logistics operations, including warehouse and route cost analysis
- Helps manage procurement data and conduct spend analysis
- Participates in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP processes, and contract reviews
- Researches and analyzes market trends to support cost-reduction initiatives
- Assists in the development and implementation of procurement and logistics strategies
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sourcing and logistics processes
- Documents and presents findings to key stakeholders in the organization
- Supports sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the supply chain
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Passion for supply chain, procurement, and logistics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with DOMO, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Previous internship or work experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
