About This Role

This role delivers professional and compassionate relocation services, including organizing, packing, and online auction photography, to assist families during life transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues
  • Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed
  • Communicate in a positive manner with clients, peers, and Managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service while safely packing/unpacking and staging/resettling client household items
  • Sort, organize, and pack items for relocation or online auctions

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Good driving record
  • Self-motivated with strong organization and time management skills
  • In good physical condition (repetitive lifting, bending, standing)
  • Comfortable working in dusty or dirty environments

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Photography skills
