This role delivers professional and compassionate relocation services, including organizing, packing, and online auction photography, to assist families during life transitions.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues
- Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed
- Communicate in a positive manner with clients, peers, and Managers
- Provide exceptional customer service while safely packing/unpacking and staging/resettling client household items
- Sort, organize, and pack items for relocation or online auctions
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Good driving record
- Self-motivated with strong organization and time management skills
- In good physical condition (repetitive lifting, bending, standing)
- Comfortable working in dusty or dirty environments
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- Photography skills
