About This Role

This role involves preparing and maintaining exam rooms, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment. The Sonographer will review diagnostic images, including pediatric exams, for a travel assignment in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms
  • Position patients
  • Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment
  • Review diagnostic images, including pediatric exams such as heads, spine, pyloric stenosis, and intussusception

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as Sonographer, Diagnostic
  • At least 24 months of general ultrasound experience
  • Proficiency in pediatric exams
  • AB discipline on ARDMS
  • EPIC electronic medical systems experience

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience; at least 24 months of general ultrasound experience
