This role involves preparing and maintaining exam rooms, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment. The Sonographer will review diagnostic images, including pediatric exams, for a travel assignment in Des Moines, IA.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms
- Position patients
- Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment
- Review diagnostic images, including pediatric exams such as heads, spine, pyloric stenosis, and intussusception
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as Sonographer, Diagnostic
- At least 24 months of general ultrasound experience
- Proficiency in pediatric exams
- AB discipline on ARDMS
- EPIC electronic medical systems experience
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience; at least 24 months of general ultrasound experience
