Solutions Architect

About This Role

This is a founding role for a Solutions Architect who will define the technical sales motion, lead architecture and deployment for strategic customers, and provide market feedback to engineering to power the next generation of AI unicorns.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical sales motion, including demos, benchmarks, and value proposition
• Lead architecture and deployment for initial strategic 'Whale' customers, ensuring flawless operation of training and inference clusters
• Translate customer pain points into product features for PaaS and Orchestration layers, acting as a bridge between the US market and Engineering HQ
• Partner with the US GTM Lead to identify target verticals and tailor technical value propositions
• Develop reference architectures for high-performance workloads, such as Llama-3 Training on H200s
• Create initial technical collateral, including white papers, benchmark reports, and deployment guides
• Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate superior price-performance of H200/B200 clusters
• Provide Level 3 support for pioneer customers, debugging performance issues in logs
• Guide customers through migration from Hyperscalers to Scitix with a white-glove onboarding experience
• Work with channel partners to enable their technical teams to sell Scitix

Requirements

• 5+ years in HPC / AI Infrastructure with hands-on experience with GPU clouds, data centers, or supercomputing clusters
• 0-to-1 mindset, thriving in ambiguity and building new practices in early-stage startups or larger organizations
• Deep knowledge of NVIDIA H100/H200/B200 architecture and InfiniBand/ROCE networking
• Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and Slurm for scheduling large GPU jobs
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Ray, Megatron-LM, and inference engines like vLLM/TRT-LLM
• Customer obsession and ability to articulate technical and business value to various stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HPC / AI Infrastructure with hands-on experience with GPU clouds, data centers, or supercomputing clusters.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a 'Neocloud' (CoreWeave, Lambda, RunPod, Nebius) or Specialized AI Hardware firm
• Background in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) infrastructure or research computing
• Experience building or managing a technical team
