Solutions Architect

About This Role

The Solutions Architect will enable customers to achieve maximum value from Qodo's products by providing technical guidance, hands-on training, and personalized solutions for specific use cases. This role involves collaborating with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and workshops for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to tailor solutions and approaches for enterprise customers.
• Communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements or new features to Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and in-depth information to customers, addressing unique challenges and configuring solutions.
• Provide training to clients, both in person and remotely, on product usage.
• Monitor and track key success metrics for each customer, advocating for optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Technical Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar) within a SaaS or developer tools environment
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in major coding languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and workshops to varied audiences
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and a strong sense of ownership with an ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role within a SaaS or developer tools environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and automated testing frameworks
