Solutions Architect - Platform

About This Role

This Solutions Architect will serve as a strategic consultant and technical visionary, bridging complex business challenges with cutting-edge technology solutions. The role involves leading technical assessments, designing scalable cloud-native platforms, and pioneering the adoption of AI-accelerated engineering across the SDLC to drive business outcomes for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive technical assessments of client landscapes to identify modernization opportunities
• Conduct product selection processes and vendor evaluations in collaboration with ISV partners
• Architect resilient, cloud-native services platforms and agentic workflows for complex enterprise use cases
• Drive the "AI-First" engineering culture by implementing AI SDLC acceleration tools and methodologies
• Supervise end-to-end implementation, ensuring alignment with defined design principles, security standards, and performance benchmarks
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP-level and Director-level stakeholders, negotiating technical decisions and presenting complex solution designs
• Lead technical discovery phases and RFP responses for new and existing accounts
• Contribute to corporate blueprints and whitepapers to showcase company expertise

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior technical leadership
• Experience driving architectural alignment across cross-functional pods
• Managing technical roadmap for complex digital transformation programs
• Proven track record of delivering high-scale enterprise projects
• Strong knowledge of modern architecture patterns and engineering practices (DevOps/SRE alignment, quality, security)
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions, agentic workflows, and composable platforms
• Experience leading and aligning multi-disciplinary pods (e.g., Product, UX/Design, Data Science, Mobile)
• Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks to solve business problems and optimize internal development processes
• Deep experience in client-facing roles, including requirement clarification, technical roadmap development, and "buy vs. build" analysis
• Expertise in orchestrating complex rollouts, defining SLAs/SLOs, and maturing operational readiness of client teams
• Exceptional verbal and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to translate technical debt and architectural choices into business value
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, driving architectural alignment across cross-functional pods and managing the technical roadmap for complex digital transformation programs. Proven track record of delivering high-scale enterprise projects.

• Experience working directly with partners like Databricks, commercetools, or Google Cloud on joint solutioning
• Proven ability to architect solutions across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript)
• Experience establishing guardrails for AI solutions, including real-time monitoring and security perimeters for AI-driven actions, and architectural patterns for AI safety and data privacy
• Contribution to the tech community via blogs, open-source projects, or public speaking
