Solutions Architect

About This Role

Act as a Solutions Architect focused on integrating and deploying agent-enabled solutions for internal and external teams on an AI/agent enablement platform. This role involves translating business goals into technical solutions and guiding teams through the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical partner for integration and production readiness
• Translate business goals into platform-aligned solutions and integration requirements
• Design solution blueprints using standard platform capabilities (authn/authz, identity/SSO/RBAC, networking, orchestration, observability, cost/security controls)
• Guide teams through build, test, and production rollout
• Lead troubleshooting for identity, networking, and service-to-service issues
• Advocate for customer needs and shape platform roadmap
• Create reference implementations, templates, and integration guides
• Drive operational readiness and serve as the main point of contact for production follow-up

Requirements

• 10+ years in solution architecture, forward-deployed/embedded engineering, platform engineering, delivery architecture, technical consulting, or SRE/DevOps supporting application teams
• Hands-on experience building or extending shared platforms (AI/ML, data, or integration) and SaaS solutions, delivering production outcomes
• Proven track record working directly with customer/stakeholder teams to deliver solutions into production
• Experience working closely with product owners to turn customer needs into platform features and roadmap items
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior technical and business audiences; ability to produce clear technical artifacts
• Comfortable in Python (or similar languages such as TypeScript/Java) for platform tooling, API calls, sample integrations, and debugging
• Deep understanding of modern distributed application architectures (APIs, services, identity/authn/authz, networking, observability, reliability)
• Familiarity with LLM/agent/RAG-style solutions and ability to drive robust, repeatable implementations
• Knowledge of core ML concepts, basic statistics, and A/B-style evaluation for collaboration with data science teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, forward-deployed/embedded engineering, platform engineering, delivery architecture, technical consulting, or SRE/DevOps supporting application teams.

Nice to Have

• Background in AI/LLM/agentic systems or adjacent data/ML platforms
• Experience with enterprise identity/security patterns (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and network segmentation
• History of creating reusable enablement assets and resolving complex escalations with senior stakeholders
