Guide clients of varying size and complexity through the launch of UKG Ready Time & Attendance, transitioning them to post-go-live services. This role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying UKG Ready functional components while managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Provide UKG Ready Time & Attendance implementation services
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to define project objectives and system design
- Analyze client business needs to determine optimal UKG Ready configuration
- Consult with clients to design, build, test, and deploy UKG Ready functional components
- Generate documentation to communicate configuration requirements and recommendations
- Manage multiple implementations and go-live projects simultaneously
- Prioritize tasks, schedule work, monitor progress, and track daily activities
- Assist clients with the transition to ongoing vendor support
- Conduct consulting sessions, teaching and demonstrating new skills to client audiences
- Attend project meetings to provide status updates and progress reports
- Achieve and maintain thorough knowledge of UKG Ready and other product modules with required certifications
- Mentor other consultants in UKG Ready expertise
Requirements
- UKG Ready Time & Attendance certification
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of UKG Ready activation/launch or implementation experience
- Previous experience in professional services or consulting organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage conflicting project priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of UKG Ready activation/launch or implementation experience
Nice to Have
- 3+ years' experience as a team or project lead
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, video conferencing, and other online meeting software
- Experience with UKG Ready as system administrator
- Other UKG Ready certifications
- HR or payroll practitioner with industry or professional certification
- Business analyst and/or project management professional experience
