About This Role

As a Solution Consultant at TechWolf, you will play a key role in demonstrating the capabilities of our AI skills technology within our sales efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to address customer pain points and articulate the value of our API-first solutions. This role is critical in showcasing how our technology integrates into existing ecosystems to meet diverse technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth technical discussions with HR technology experts to build credibility with potential clients and serve as a trusted advisor to guide them towards becoming a skills-based organization.
  • Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges, translating these insights into tailored TechWolf solutions.
  • Manage and orchestrate customer RFPs and RFIs, ensuring TechWolf's capabilities are clearly communicated and aligned with client needs.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to help clients succeed and maximize value from the technology.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to align customer requirements, market trends, and the product roadmap, ensuring solutions meet evolving industry needs.
  • Craft and deliver customized propositions and Statements of Work, setting the foundation for successful customer engagements.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Solutions team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales, driving customer success.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pre-sales process by bringing fresh ideas and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in presales activities and/or implementing SaaS solutions within the skills or HR tech domain
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Expertise in discovery and objection handling
  • Experience working at a SaaS enterprise startup or scale-up
  • Natural communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, organized, and analytical approach to problem-solving

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record in presales activities and/or implementing SaaS solutions within the skills or HR tech domain.
