Solution Consultant Federal Civilian

About This Role

This Solutions Consultant will focus on the Federal Civilian market, supporting the sales organization by creating and delivering innovative value propositions. The role involves matching technical capabilities to business outcomes and providing presales support for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-sales activities associated with sales opportunities within the Federal Civilian market
• Provide day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions, effectively communicating core value propositions and differentiators
• Work with multiple customer stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases for Nexthink
• Become a Nexthink subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader internally and externally
• Help the sales team qualify leads by understanding product capabilities to address business issues
• Execute Technical Validation cycles (inc. POC/POV) to obtain technical win
• Complete technical questionnaires, security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs in line with Federal requirements
• Participate in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience selling into Federal Civilian Agencies with notable success
• Experience and knowledge of the Federal market with functional understanding of current industry security standards and regulations
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to work independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in End User Computing environments, IT Service Management, or Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance
