This role guides customers through the implementation of eSoft Planner's software, ensuring seamless setup, customization, and user training. The specialist will troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to foster long-term client success.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation of our software
• Oversee software setup, customization, and training processes
• Work closely with clients to ensure a seamless transition
• Troubleshoot software issues
