Software Engineer (Sustaining)

About This Role

Maintain and improve the quality, reliability, and delivery of current product features. Resolve customer issues and provide feedback to new product development teams to enhance future product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support DSPM product areas and provide customer support to help resolve difficult customer issues
• Design, develop, and deliver solutions to customers to help them resolve problems that they are facing in their deployments
• Work on developing solutions and resolving issues within our products to help improve the overall stability of the DSPM platform
• Be familiar and use AI tools day to day

Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience in Python or NodeJS
• Expertise in public cloud compute and networking with hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven experience with REST API-driven automation using Python or JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Adaptability and keen interest in staying current with new technologies and evolving industry trends
• Understanding of GitHub and experience with CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• 4+ years of development experience

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in testing SaaS security products
• Experience in debugging complex products and building monitoring dashboards
