This role is for a new graduate Software Engineer focused on Marketplace Operations, providing hands-on experience in production, strong mentorship, and exposure to modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development. You will contribute to building systems that back every order in the post-purchase customer journey for a global live event ticketing platform.
Responsibilities
- Integrate AI into engineering at scale, leveraging Claude AI and OpenAI to supercharge workflows such as writing code, brainstorming designs, running Q&A agents, generating test plans, and drafting PRs
- Experiment with next-generation AI and voice tech, exploring reasoning models and real-time voice APIs
- Build the technological backbone of the marketplace, connecting millions of fans to live experiences
- Design and ship fast, resilient systems for 0 to 1 initiatives, anticipating user needs and scaling globally
Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to ~1 year of experience (including internships, co-ops, or substantial academic projects)
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Basic experience building or consuming APIs
- Experience working with LLM frameworks and AI Platforms such as Anthropic or ChatGPT either in school or on side projects
