This role involves building and maintaining fundamental infrastructure components for Rubrik's SaaS control plane, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cloud security. The engineer will contribute to a platform that supports a growing number of product teams and ensures secure data management for large enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Build platforms, systems, and infrastructure using expertise in distributed systems and large-scale storage systems
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Identify and solve bottlenecks within the software stack
Requirements
- 0-2 years of work experience in a related field
- Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages including Python, Go, Scala
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study
- 0-2 years of work experience in a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience architecting and developing large-scale systems
- Prior experience working with databases (preferably MySQL)
- Experience working with GCP, AWS, Kubernetes
