About This Role

This role involves managing communications with college athlete ambassadors for Electro Gum, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will be the brand's voice in athlete DMs, helping build the athlete community for a functional chewing gum designed for athletes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Maintain strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions using provided playbooks
• Escalate unique requests/issues to the founding team quickly
• Log and track athlete interactions in CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball)
• Represent Electro Gum’s brand voice with energy, positivity, and care

Requirements

• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools
• Ability to manage a high volume of athlete communication
