Join Bizmoni as a Social Media Manager / Co-Founder to build and scale social media strategies for an AI-powered fintech super app. The role involves generating organic traffic and contributing to a global, inclusive corporate community.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale social media strategies
- Generate organic traffic
- Interpret data and generate insights to adapt social media strategies
- Contribute to creating a more inclusive world with equal opportunities
- Commit 8-16 hours per week
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media
- Fluency in English
- Personal computer with camera and stable internet connection
- Ability to work remotely
- Understanding of equity as compensation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in building and scaling social media strategies and in social media, digital education, or entrepreneurship with a strong focus on organic traffic generation
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Familiarity with fintech products
- Deep understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem
