Social Content Producer

About This Role

Produce engaging social media content for Swish Breaks, turning live streams and cultural moments into native, timely, and addictive Reels, Stories, and posts. This freelance role requires a fast, trend-savvy individual to increase daily output and quality across social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Turn live chaos into must-watch Instagram content, shipping Reels, Stories, and posts daily that feel native, timely, and addictive
• Slice moments with precision, cutting short-form video with elite hooks, pacing, captions, and packaging that stop the scroll
• Live inside the trend cycle, spotting formats, audio, and memes early and bending them to Swish without forcing it
• Own real-time Instagram execution, covering live moments with fast-turn Stories and highlights while the hype is still hot
• Operate like a content sniper, syncing daily with the Social & Content Manager on what matters, what ships, and what wins
• Let performance guide you, not slow you, using views, retention, saves, and shares to evolve formats week over week
• Keep the machine clean and fast, managing assets, versions, and captions so nothing breaks at scale
• Guard the Swish voice, delivering content that’s confident, culturally fluent, and never corny

Requirements

• Real experience shipping content at speed on Instagram and Reels for brands, creators, or sports/media pages
• A short-form portfolio demonstrating taste, velocity, and trend fluency, especially on Instagram
• Strong video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
• Killer instincts for hooks, pacing, subtitles, on-screen text, and packaging for video retention
• Ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and ship cleaner content under pressure
• Strong copy instincts for native-feeling captions, Stories, and CTAs
• Operational discipline for file management, handoffs, and deadlines
• Availability nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Real reps shipping content at speed on Instagram and Reels for brands, creators, or sports/media pages

• Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG
• Passion for culture, streetwear, sports, gaming, and media
• Understanding and appreciation for creators, fans, collectors, and related culture
